Hotronix Fusion IQ Presses
If you produce a large volume of printed garments, a press from the Fusion IQ range is the only option for you. The combination of automatic pressure compensation and excellent threadability allows you to significantly increase efficiency. This allows you to reliably complete even large quantities of jobs.
The Fusion IQ series is the only heat press with touchscreen wifi technology, so you can control your press from anywhere in the world. In addition, the Air Fusion IQ features air pressure technology that gives you the most accurate pressure on a heat press.

Threadability™
Each press features the Hotronix® EZ-On plate design. This means that you have more free space under each plate.
As you have more space to thread your garment, you can position it more precisely and save time when putting it on and taking it off.
Replacement base plates for the Fusion IQ series. By simply pulling a lever, you can easily replace your base plate with a smaller or differently shaped base plate.
The Fusion IQ heat presses are compatible with various standard base plates and 4 different power plates. Simply use a different base plate to create a smaller print area and achieve higher accuracy.
Over Centre Pressure
The Fusion IQ transfer presses are equipped with the patented Hotronix® pressure adjustment - “over center pressure adjustment”. By adjusting the pressure over the center of the heating plate, the pressure is evenly distributed over the entire plate.
Real-time feedback
The Fusion IQ Controller gives you live digital displays of time, temperature and pressure on a large touchscreen controller. Time, temperature and pressure are the three most important factors in press proofing. If you can control these, you'll get a perfect result every time. More control than with any other heat press.
Wi-Fi Enabled - Register your Fusion IQ and access the Hotronix® Online Portal. Here you can manage users, generate usage reports and troubleshoot issues. Statistics Portal - Online access to reports including total number of prints, active/empty time and average cycle time.

Air-controlled - Automatic pressure adjustment
With an Air Fusion IQ, the pressure is controlled by the IQ controller. By using controlled air pressure - Auto Adjust Pressure™ you can adjust the press with 100% accuracy. To use the Air Fusion IQ, simply press the two buttons on the sides of the press. When the pressing process is complete, the heating plate is automatically raised.

Each Dual Air Fusion IQ is supplied with a foot pedal as standard.
Switch between the two stations by operating the pedal with your foot or set it to switch automatically if you prefer.
